COLDFRAME (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) collects your information to proceed with the recruitment process.

1. Optional items of personal information collected

• Date of birth, address, self-introduction, resume, academic background, photos, videos, qualifications, work experience, portfolio, career description, field of application, desired salary, previous salary, recommender, application path, and other non-standard information that you enter yourself or upload through attached files, and that may be personally identifiable information (If the consent for each item does not match, the processing of the relevant data is not possible, so it is considered that you have consented to the optional collection and use of personal information for the information you have entered yourself. If you do not consent to the collection and use, please delete the relevant information.

2. Purpose of personal information processing

• Guidance on recruitment, delivery of notices, contact related to recruitment and website use, determination of recruitment suitability and basis for document screening/interview, use of talent database, etc.

3. Retention period

• 3 years after application submission, but destroyed without delay if requested by the data subject

※ The company collects information only based on the information you have written/submitted. Please be careful when writing/submitting information as sensitive information may be collected due to the nature of the recruitment service.

※ You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, if you refuse consent, you may be restricted from using this service as the applicant information cannot be smoothly transferred to the company.
