When exchanges and returns are possible

You can apply for a refund within 7 days (based on business days) from the date you received the jewelry. However, if the jewelry loses its value, it cannot be exchanged or returned. *Some jewelry may incur a fee when exchanging.
If the contents of the jewelry you received are different from the advertised contents or are performed differently, you may return it within 7 days from the date of receipt.

When exchange and return are not possible
